I use MFQ as my personal identity online.

My focus areas include banking, payments and agile delivery. I'm also exploring cloud transformation, automation and practical applications of AI.

The questions that interest me are practical: How do we make complex work easier to understand? What helps teams turn an idea into something useful? And how can new tools support that work while keeping their limitations visible?

I'd like to use this space for notes, questions and lessons from that exploration, distinguishing between what I've tried, ideas I'm considering and questions I haven't answered yet.

You can find my personal website and other profiles at https://mfq.me.
